Note systems are graveyards with better headstones. Two thousand notes you never reread are storage, not thought. The problem was never capture — it was retrieval with a spine: a system that can answer as you, argue with you, and tell you what you're avoiding.

An Obsidian vault under a strict metadata schema, driven through thirty-one command brains — /ghost answers as its owner with citations, /contradict hunts beliefs that can't both be true, /drift names what's being avoided. Retrieval is deterministic frontmatter filtering, no vector database — and a live voice interface runs on a cloned voice over WebRTC.

2,677 notes across ten domains, 15,069 wiki-links, ten maps of content — in daily operating use, not demo condition. The methodology replicated onto a client corpus at 3,131 notes, larger than the original. The vault is the proof: this page's claims were verified against it.
